Returns and refunds

Returns & refunds

We want you to love your Magen. If it's not right, you're covered by our 60-day return policy.

If within 60 days of delivery your necklace doesn't feel like it belongs on you — or on whoever you gave it to — you can return it for a full refund.

Email us at hello@calixor.store with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Items should be returned in their original, unworn condition.

Return shipping is arranged by the customer. Once we receive your return, your full refund is issued to your original payment method.
